By accessing or using the NitroNest website (nitronest.store) or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. About NitroNest

NitroNest is a digital goods store that sells subscription codes and gift cards for third-party services including, but not limited to, Discord Nitro, Xbox Game Pass, and PlayStation Plus. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Discord, Microsoft, or Sony.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NitroNest. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian before making a purchase.

4. Digital Products & Delivery

• All products sold on NitroNest are digital goods (subscription codes, activation keys, or gift cards).
• Delivery is electronic — codes are delivered to your registered email address or displayed in your account after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in exceptional cases.
• You are responsible for redeeming codes on the correct platform and region as specified in the product listing.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in USD or INR depending on your detected location. All prices are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (India) or Stripe(international). NitroNest does not store your payment credentials.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a code has been delivered. We will only issue a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• The code delivered is invalid or has already been redeemed (not by you).
• The wrong product was delivered.
• Technical failure on our part prevented delivery.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@nitronest.store with your order ID and a description of the issue.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute codes purchased from NitroNest without our written permission.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to purchase products.
• Attempt to exploit pricing errors or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
• Use NitroNest for any illegal activity under applicable law.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at support@nitronest.store. NitroNest will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

9. Third-Party Services

The subscription services you activate using codes from NitroNest (Discord, Xbox, PlayStation) are governed by their respective terms of service. NitroNest has no control over the availability, features, or pricing changes made by these platforms. We are not responsible for any modifications, suspensions, or terminations of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the NitroNest website — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of NitroNest or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

NitroNest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the website or any products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NitroNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of NitroNest after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
